Getting started

Go from zero to querying your own systems in plain language in about ten minutes. You'll create an environment, connect a system, let discovery map it into your graph, then ask questions and save the ones worth repeating.

The path​

  1. Create an environment: an isolated workspace with its own entities, integrations, and users.
  2. Connect a system: add an integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and 130+ others) so discovery can populate the graph.
  3. Have your first chat: ask questions about what was discovered, in natural language.
  4. Explore your graph: see the entities and relationships discovery mapped.
  5. Save your first agent: turn a useful chat into a repeatable task.
  6. Connect your own AI: query the same graph from Claude Code, Claude.ai, or Claude Desktop over MCP.

Before you start​

  • A SixDegree account. If you don't have one yet, request access.
  • At least one system you can connect, with credentials or OAuth access. Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, GitHub, and AWS are common starting points.

What discovery gives you​

Once an integration runs, its entities land in your graph. From any chat or agent, you can ask questions that span the systems you just connected:

Revenue operations Which accounts renew in the next 30 days and have an open support escalation?

Support Which PagerDuty incident has tickets from more than one customer, and what renewals do they touch?

Operations Which vendors are we paying for that no team has used this quarter?

Engineering What services depend on the payments database, and who owns them?

You're querying live state from your systems of record, not a stale export.
